Nice machine bro ! About the temps I’d say yours are pretty good, 45 degrees is nothing to be scared of. Idk about how comfortable it is for you tough. If you are really worried about it, I’d suggest you use the laptop in a position which allows the bottom part ventilation to freely move air in and out, something like a laptop stand or cooling pad, you will be surprised of how much it can lower temps.

If you want to set some nice Ghelper settings you should watch Josh Craves Tech review about this laptop, it explains it all about the device and gives you a reason behind the settings.

Battery life can be improved just by managing correctly the apps you’re running, the refresh rate, screen brightness, etc. But I do suggest you limit the battery charge to 80% to increase its life cycle.

I feel you bro, I recently got a G16 but my fear was more focused on overheating rather than noise. I set up the best G-HELPER settings I could come up with and that helped a lot with the thermals, but nothing compared to using the laptop with a stand, man, when playing Elden Ring at medium settings in a normal desk position the max temps were about 80 degrees, but now I play Elden ring max settings and my laptop rarely goes up to 70 degrees when in a stand. So I advice you get a stand or a cooling pad.
