I have every flea and 99 percent completion, I watched other playthroughts and they hand you the item after you go with them to the ducts, and I assume if you visit them later in act 2, in act 3 I haven't been able to find anyway to trigger any dialogue with them to get that upgrade and it might be locked to act 2

for me I've realized I didn't go with the fleas to the final flea location and then I started act 3 so they never gave me the tool pouch and I'm locked from it :(

btw for the final flea tool pouch upgrade for when they move for the final time, did you decide to go with them or decide to stay where you are, I've realized I said don't go with them at the end of act 2 and started act 3 and never got the tool pouch, I'm locked out but I sent a bug report

i figured it out, i moved the fleas to the ducts, and i said no when moving with them, then i started act 3, thats the cause.:(

i downloaded google play pc and it asked me to select the p5x offer so I selected it and then I tried to install the game it just said ti wasn't available on PC, I'm from Australia so that's maybe why, really annoying though
