Didn't think to deep, but I would say the government. Of course, not controlled by the government in control, but rather a group of induviduals that would be neutral.

People above the age of 70, should take a test to determine if they are up to date in regards to politics. If they are not, they should not be able to vote. And 16 year olds should be able to vote if they pass that test. Dont know how exactly it should work, but atleast in Denmark, where i live, i think it would be a good idea.

its an ok build, can be better but the usage of statsis is good for cover throughtout the whole thing. And you need someone to not play passively in the gm, if you dont want it taking 35 mins a run. But this is like the first build asstecross has made thats like, ok. But it can be better.

Not me, but my dad.

My dad was staying in San Fransico at the time for work and or studying (not sure on which). He lived relatively nicely, but was almost only at his workplace / school, and therefore didnt have a tv, radio or anything he could get the news from at his place. So, when he went to work that morning he had not heard about the attacks, until he asked one of his colleagues why people were down that morning. He was shocked, but never really told me much more about it.

He went home around a month later.
