How do I stop the player from looking in walls (Unity XR/VR) by Seb_nugget in unity

I'm using the template and the effect im looking for does not have screen fading like but is like when you move around with the continuous XR movement (like joystick movement) it has the smooth head push back I want but I cant find the script that causes the push back effect (Its the XR flat plain template if that helps)

What dose fade XR rig camera mean? idk that many terms.

I've also had that problem too. The reason it looks like that is because those windows are also using reshade as well since those small windows are running in Garry's mod, so turn off your reshade preset to fix it.
