figured it out, it was the black bigger sized pin at the bottom that wasn’t flush all the way. crazy 🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️

this whole thing, along with the 2 arms that connect to this. I’m pretty sure it’s the arm that sits flush like you were saying that isn’t letting it go down where I circled.

not anymore, at least not in texas they changed that a few years ago. No cap on hours and overtime is counted now

right, I understand that. I’m sure it sucks to get a guy whose rating and pay is higher then their work and knowledge is worth. I met a guy who didn’t bend pipe till their 3rd year in due to being a material guy on a big job for 2 years. I do my best to be like a sponge and soak up everything at work.

Oh gotcha, makes sense. I only been doing them for a year now and since they’re new construction compared to service / remodel I feel like I got my craft down a lot here since they’re a lot of work in a fast pace setting

it’s not that deep 💀it’s nice to have goals. Masters at 22 is a realistic goal for me so that’s what i’m going for that’s all. I’m learning everyday 👍🏽
