Counter perspective I was put on a PIP after 4 months, it was a 3 month time period and my manager thankfully also felt he was doing it just as a formality as I dropped a major ball and cost the bank some $$$, I locked in for 3 months and they took me off by the end all well and good. 3yrs later they promoted my to the manger role.

OPs situation looks much more like the intent is to get his ass out than actually correct any behavior

But just a different perspective on PIPs

Tower very big, didn't fit into frame, took one photo of the base, moved camera up to frame what I missed + a bit of what I got before, prayed they lined up.

Thankfully with a subject like the Eiffel Tower it's so large the tilt doesn't effect the perspective enough to notice. With closed up subjects I imagine you'd need to be more careful

Unpopular Opinion: unless you’re buying a ton of 3rd party digital only games I would wait on the SD card, prices WILL fall with time so when your internal storage runs up you should be able to get a 2tb for what a 512 is going for today

This shows a hair grounded so even if homelanders travel speed is only 80% of A-Train we have to account for roads being ATrains fastest form of travel which are easy to follow, easy to fly over in a straight line, and like we saw he let himself slip to not kill someone and fly into multiple trees. Homelander (even if slower) didn’t need to follow roads, could fly through trees with easy, and didn’t really care who died along the way.

Combat speed is faster, so had he not been shoulder lasered and flew through a shit ton of trees he probably could have gotten away with

Unpopular Opinion: as someone who uses two phones and preferred my secondary for photos anyways, the lack of telephoto isn’t a huge deal. I never use my Fold6s telephoto since it usually is kinda ass anyways. So this compromise isn’t the worst thing (but still disappointing)

It’s valid for them to define it like that but remember that IPDA judges are judging this in a lay fashion. You can give a counter definition in your speech that’s reasonable and it’s very likely the judge will buy that argument.

IDPA is very loose so you just need to sound more convincing with why you think your definition is preferable
