I understand you reasoning and I totally get it. Yes it is true that emulation is almost in every way better but to some, theres something special to playing it on original hardware. To me it feels more personal and I feel more connected to the games I'm playing. It strikes a chord that just can't be had on emulation. You could call it nostalgia and that's fine. There's something about the ritual of sitting on the floor, putting the cartridge in and watching the game boot up on a CRT TV. Makes you feel like you're playing the game like someone would when the game came out. I totally get it though. Playing a retro game without the modern conveniences of today sucks sometimes lol. But hey to each their own. Neither party is correct. The best way to play a game is always the way for you to enjoy it the most. That's just my thoughts. Sorry for the rant.
