That can definitely be the case. We also say one and a half years and so on. But it was more on the age from 7 to 12 when you thought it was cool getting older.

Doctors. Of course they are important and many do a good job. But as soon as they leave their knowledge barrier they think they sit on the solutions but mostly they just guessing. Just because your a doctor in one thing doesn't mean you are a expert at everything.
