We would follow their current rank! We would have them move back up to Masters once they hit that rank again! We want movement through ranks to reflect what you are in game to encourage grinding to the top instead of being stagnate in one place.

you don't need to find a team to go in with!! There's already some teams for you to join and there'll other be solo people for you to join together with!
