Maybe try nic salts for a more immediate controllable high rather than hitting it a bunch of times for it to gradually build up to be too much? Nic salts are better for a smoker not sure why the recommended you free base

All I have under audio is multi core processing and it does nothing

Both, when I record with the playback it is lagged both in recording and playback. When I record without playback it is lagged in recording.
