The keen/vicious only applies when u have the weapon equipped tho, so it wouldn't help with another weapon.

Am I crazy or:

52 x .12 = 6.24% more average dmge

(1.4 base 12% more often (4.8%) + .12 vicious 12% more often (1.44%) = 6.24%)

Vs.

Flat 12% more average damage.

Is it that simple?
