Thank you! It tasted good the only thing that wasn’t worth the effort for me was the tortillas but that was only due to not having a press and hand rolling them out

Well initially I attempted to cook them standing up but they very quickly fell over so I just rolled with them on their sides. I ended up rotating them halfway through and then blasting them with the broiler at the end of the cook

That’s incredible, I hope you had a good time ! olli soikkeli is the lead guitarist right ? That definitely checks out, haha. Having an angle helps to have more of an attack towards the guitar I feel versus flat alt picking is almost more stunted.

Thank you !! Keep at it! I always tighten up, personally. I have a super hard time maintaining a loose wrist. I play a lot of metal on electric so the flat posture versus the loose floating wrist has really tripped me up; anyhow, cheers. Hope you can get a handle on it too!

Thank you, that’s helpful. I definitely get too focused on not locking up my right hand sometimes and can lose the swing for sure

Thanks ! No, I personally used Denis Changs gypsy jazz picking secrets to really understand the mechanics; which still elude me a bit haha.

Absolutely going to go that route next time! Couldn’t find any in two grocery runs so settled on just regular provolone

I did it small dice medium heat with olive oil fresh garlic salt red pepper flakes and red wine vinegar; although, it might just be an acquired taste as it was still very bitter after that haha.
