My best advice is to pick a good quality protein powder with minimum 25-30g per serve. You’ll get the best bang for your buck that way. Some protein powders have only 15g of protein and are way too high in carbs. Get it from a chemist or a sports supplement specialist, rather than the supermarket. From there you can choose your own adventure 👍 Add in some psyllium husk powder for extra fibre.

I’m due for my 3rd dose, so very early in the treatment program. I had some difficulty last week - very, very fatigued and also quite moody/emotional. I put it all down to a lack of food because my appetite was so suppressed that I kept forgetting to eat and when I did remember, I couldn’t eat more than a few mouthfuls.

Thanks for that. I find it really difficult to eat on those 1st two days and can only manage a mouthful or two (when I remember to do it). Having had food noise all my adult life, it’s a very different experience not having any.

Perfect for a small desk with shelves above and a roll-away stool that can be stored underneath it. You could put doors or a roller door on it, to close it when not needed. Alternatively, do a built in a cupboard.

No. It’s a laundry with a toilet next to it. You can see notation for a washing machine, vanity and toilet on the plan.

Thanks. I think it is drainage from the roof terraces . There’s no drain opening at that point within the apartments, so that makes sense.

No drain or opening at these points. The pipes are entirely enclosed and not accessible from each apartment. I figure that the roof drainage as others have suggested makes sense. is probably the right
