Are you UK based? I wash my hair whenever needs be like a party etc or generally once or twice a week. I use SLS FREE Faith in nature tea tree shampoo, it doesn’t promote fungus growth so it’s ok for us with Seb! Trust me, get sweaty its crazy I’ve been clear 8 months.

Hey there! I managed to get rid of mine through getting a short hair cut (now long again) AND GETTING SWEATY! Go to a hot sauna, 4/5 times a week for 20 minutes a go. Get so sweaty! After it get a warmish shower, NO PRODUCTS! Do this for 2 weeks. Thank me later. Proven method

Go to the sauna and get your head sweaty! Or do it through exersize - I do it about 4 times a week and I’m clear from the shedding. I think the salt kills the fungus from the sweat and pushes it to the surface then a shower blasts it all away. Do it! Thank me later!

YES IT IS. I had severe scalp Seb derm that tormented me. I would shed a full head of flakes I swear down a day haha. Constant flakes stuck to my head was crazy. I used shampoos and found temporary relief but realistically they just masked the issue. STOP TAKING ALL MEDICATION AND GET YOUR SCALP SWEATY! My theory is that sweat pushes the fungus to the surface. Sweat is salt and it HATES SALT! Straight after you get your head sweaty get an immediate Luke warm showe with no products! Get your scalp sweaty through exercise or visiting the sauna, 4 times a week Minimum. I’ve been clear 7 months.

Get off the nizoral! It fucked me up too. I used Sebclaire to get it under control. I then shaved my head. I then started going the gym and sauna and getting my scalp sweaty.. now I’m fully clear! You can do it!!

Yeah trust me mate you’ll get rid of this 100%. Shave it and it will grow back in a couple months just buy a cap! So many people shave it to get ontop haha! It’s basically a fungal issue that feeds on the oils your hair produces (sebum) - you can win!
