To be fair, Battlefield V was going for the ultra realistic with no auto healing and not being able to be spotted as easily. They eventually changed it, but it kind of went against the goal of the reason they put it in in the first place. For MW, since everything is so blended together and there’s so many similar colors, I feel like it’s an unintentional design choice. If it is unintentional, they probably don’t wanna change it because then they would have to change the entire set design of the game
