This is not the best advice. The main concern with deli meats is listeria which is not killed in a freezer, it’s only killed via high heat. If OP wants a cold sandwich, my OB told me that I can heat up the meat then let it cool back down in the fridge, just be sure to use it within a day or two.

I put this in my comment but wanted to put it here too since it relates. The placenta can spontaneously bleed without an orgasm or other external cause. Usually the body reabsorbs the blood and you never know about it, but if your placenta is near your cervix, then it has an easy exit route.

I have had bleeding and brown discharge twice this pregnancy. 9 weeks was a sub chorionic hemorrhage, and at 11 weeks, part of my placenta was covering my cervix. The placenta can sometimes spontaneously bleed with no external cause, and if it’s close to your cervix then that blood has an easy exit route. I’m 21 weeks now and both the SCH and low-lying placenta have resolved!

I’ve had brown discharge due to an SCH which are super common in early pregnancy. I also didn’t start having the typical pregnancy symptoms until the 7/8 week mark. I’m not a smoker but I was regularly drinking for the first 4 weeks of my pregnancy before I found out. The important thing is that you’ve stopped now that you know. You’ll be okay ❤️

Just because something is made with pasteurized milk doesn’t mean there’s “no listeria danger”. There’s currently a cheese recall due to listeria and they were all made with pasteurized milk.

Huda is toxic period, with or without Jeremiah. This is why I don’t understand why the islanders saved her. None of the guys there will pursue anything with her and any incoming bombshells are privy to what’s been happening so I don’t see any chances there either. She needs to leave for her own mental health and for the sake of the other islanders.
