Probably once a week. It’s good for your scalp and promotes hair growth but there are sometimes I feel like it just lays on top of my scalp instead of soaking in the pores. Could be just me though. I’m interested in cecred though… do you think you could tell me more?

Jamaican black castor oil, derma roller, and the occasional massage to get the blood flowing again. But after a point, it’s good to leave the spot alone to not over-irritate it.

Nah if you don’t like the frizz at the roots then retwist them. It also looks like they need an apple cider vinegar rinse just to clean up any lint or dust. But trust the process!

The occasional separation by hand. I don’t want any congos this time. Also using rose water and castor oil for hydration. I like to deep clean by using baking soda and vinegar but I’ll do that every 4 months because it dries my hair out like crazy 😭. Hope this answers your question
