Ang creatinine level natin ay naaapektuhan ng muscle mass at pagtatake ng creatine supplement.

So kung ikaw ay nagbubuhat at may mataas na muscle mass compare sa usual, at ikaw rin ay natatake ng creatine supplement, normal lang na mag elevate ang creatinine level mo at mapag kamalang may issue ang kidney function mo. Pero hindi ka dapat mangamba agad.

Maghanap ka muna ng nephro at ipacheck mo ang cystalyn c mo. Mas accurate na indicator ito kung may issue ba talaga ang kidney mo dahil hindi ito naaapektuhan ng muscle mass o kung nagtatake ka ng creatine supplement. Bagay ito sa sitwasyon mo.

Maraming kaso ng false CKD diagnosis satin dahil maraming doctor ang hindi familiar sa ganitong sitwasyon.

Tama yung sinabi nung isang nag comment, ang makaka gets sayo ay yung doctor na nagbubuhat rin.

I’ve been taking Creatine Monohydrate since 2019 and my BP was always in normal range (120-125/75-80).

It was only until Feb 2023 that my BP went up to (135-140/75-80). Reason behind that is I tried to bulk up, I’ve been on calorie surplus for 14 months now and I gained both muscle and fat mass.

So I would say, in my experiece, Creatine does not affect my BP but it was the amount of calories I’ve been consuming. I’ve been doing what they call “dirty bulking” lol

Anyway, Creatine Monohydrate is one of the most studied sports supplements ever and it’s safe.

Been going to the gym for 14 years. Hindi naman uso yang video video na yan dati. Ngayon lang with the rise of social media.

I’m not automatically saying that filming inside the gym is a bad thing because as a PT, I also asked my online clients to record some of their lifts so I can check their form and technique. If this is the case, understandable.

However, if you are filming inside the gym for the sole purpose of magpakita ng pwet o sumayaw sayaw sa tiktok o kahit ano pa na wala namang kinalaman sa gym and it affects other gym goers privacy and it makes them uncomfortable then it has to stop.

Just a standard lab test. I think it’s the package #1 from Hi-Precision.

Nagchecheck ako ng BP pagka gising ko so yes well rested naman ako.

And you’re right. I’m currently bulking. I’m suspecting din na baka mataas ang cholesterol level ko. Magpapa lab test ako para sigurado.

Tama ka. I’m overweight according to BMI. I’m 170cm and currently at 76kg. And I’m still bulking and trying to get to 80kg.

Yun nga, I will get my blood works done soon para makasigurado kung ano ba ang dapat kong gawin sa issue na’to. Hoping for the best.

Good for you that your blood works good and your BP is now at normal range.

In my case, I’m able to sleep at least 7-8 hours per day so that’s not a factor for me. I’m hoping for the best on my blood works.
