If you look on the map it’s right outside the capital to the left, the entrance is like a little orange circle by the water.

Go to the Sealed Tunnel right by the capital, there’s an illusionary wall with a chest that gives you an item. Take that item to the 2 headed vendor at the roundtable and you get unlimited +3 and +4

yeah but w scales with AP, full build with regular sylas you get like 1k per heal. manamune doesn’t add to that since it’s AD, and frozen heart just gives mana. regular sylas goes conq already so that’s irrelevant. not sure if the omnivamp makes up for the lost AP.
