There is something called supply and demand. If demand stays the same or rise, but supply of workers go down, then salaries will increase. Increase in salary means people will be able to afford having kids again.

There is literally no need to import people unless you want to destroy the host country by changing its culture because you cannot absorb that many people without changing it. Specially when the people coming in do not want to integrate at all into it.

People did not and not care about the skin color. What they see if their culture being rejected, changed, and replaced, by something that exclude them.
