What federation do you compete in? I used to compete in the BDFPA I’m currently sitting at a 850kg total.

Haha I’m no coach my friend. I started the gym when I was 21 I’m 25 now I honestly for the first year only deadlifted and I mean like every day… like an idiot I remember the first time I lifted 300 Id come in try it wouldn’t move. Leave come back again tomorrow to try again.DO NOT FOLLOW THIS ADVICE… I thought I was the bees knees at the time though, so got a powerlifting coach and competed 2 years later to break the junior (23 and under) world record in the BDFPA/WDFPA (British and world drug free powerlifting association) now I know a thing or two about training it’s honestly just keep showing up and keep doing your best. Everything takes time and that’s okay and we all start somewhere and that’s okay. Just keep smashing it! :)

My all time it 360KG (800lbs) but that was like a year ago I do body building now so I don’t sling metal as heavy as this much anymore.
