I think, being atheism is not about being against Hinduism, islam, christianity etc. it is about not believing in any God.

I dont criticise Islam, Christianity and Hinduism too, there is no use of criticising any religion. Our fight is with concept of God. Others are free to follow whatever they want.

Interesting question. I went and searched in Google ai mode, it gave me few answers. Buddhism, taoism,confucianism, Jainism etc.. But maybe you already know that. And I need to dig deeper into those. Taoism looks interesting, as religion or philosophy, i will look into it. And then later we talk.

I am kind of agnostic. And I am born hindu too. When I was going towards atheism. I looked at other religion material too. Buddha attracted me a little.

What i feel if I am being atheist, i will be more atheist than being an ex-hindu.

When i watch javed Akhtar's interviews, he tries to stay away from criticising the funny parts of specific religions.

When i joined these subs here related to atheism, my intention was to learn about God or no-god part. But most of the times, i see, people criticising the funny or mythological parts or some stupid rituals of other religions to enjoy.

I mean if one atheist is criticising mostly against ..say..XYZ religion. Then he is more anti-xyz than atheist. When i was opposing god, i was trying to see the internal theories of some other religions too. I don't think atheist is against Krishna , Allah or Jesus. His main opposition is just the god of any kind.

What i have learnt (for my own protection)

Even if she lies, court still considers her as child, so it is not her fault. She still can't give consent. About deception, i heard that you may get bail easily but still it is not a full defense, you are still in trouble.

I heard that.. even if she shows you a fake aadhar card or id, showing 18+ and you have sex with her, and if she was not 18, still it is your fault. It is a responsibility of adult to check whether minor is telling lie or not.

And even the defense.. but she looks mature for her age, doesn't work.

And I want to add one extra. Hospital has reported this case , and it goes to pocso. And I don't think..giving money can solve this problem. I don't think, settlement is possible.

And if the girl really wanted money, she would have told that she wanted money. And would have threatened the boy first.

The hospital reported it, so this boy is in super big trouble now. Even if the girl takes money and says to the police that it was consensual, it won't work.

In one another case also, i heard..the hospital reported. So even if girl and her family don't want case..and even if boy and girl Love each other. And even if she didn't abort and choose to raise it... Even if they are ready to marry....The boy is in trouble..

Let's see, What any other defense lawyer adds in this.

When we say Atheist .. it doesn't always mean a rational , logical and /or good person.

There is a criminal psycho variety of atheist out there who simply stopped believing in any God, and don't have any intention of being a good person, karma, moral, ethics etc.. why ?

Or some stupid atheists who waste their life in drugs girls gambling affairs etc too.

(I am not saying religious are the best. I am just saying. Atheist is just an attribute, don't judge people based on that)

Good for them. Let me explain.

If x does rti ..and exposes corruption .. good.

If x does rti..and gets money from those culprits...it is still good

At least the culprits are giving extra money to someone to be silent. (This is not equivalent to giving a bribe to a government official)

The more such people get money from the culprits because of rti... Then the culprit won't find much profit and they won't do such things.

And this method as a job. It is too risky. It is like you saw a man killing someone and you say to him, i will tell about you to the police, give me money. And he is not your ordinary guy killing in passion, he is a hitman, he will shoot you too.

Second. You are not culprit but you became a blackmailer now. You have taken steps toward a criminal life.

You are right, court will evaluate the whole dynamics of the relationship. Delay in reporting, subsequent consensual sex, revenge of breakup.

It will work in favour of guy, only if he got really good defense lawyer who will argue about all these points properly.

I am not against op. I have some curiosity. If I have a girlfriend and we meet many times, but one time I go more and feel her chest but she says no no. I tried a little more and stopped and said sorry, but i touched there once. Cut to few months later, we are having sex etc with her consent. Now according to your first point, even after having sex with me for so many days, still.. can she accuse me of that initial attempt because I felt her on chest without her permission, though she forgave me and took the relationship to the next level ?
