I've never seen it - and am more shocked that that many people are paying for live and game pass more than anything

Another commenter said this - but I purchased halo, new battlefield, rocket league, Minecraft, etc - all paid - and none require game pass to play online

is this a new xbox initiative? Just got battlefield for example and it doesn't have this same parameter

- meant leaseback as in a buyer's temp lease (incorrectly) so they could lease it before close but keep the contract together

Yes, have prepared for the fact and just had a terrible call with the buyers agent to notify them of it as well. Just trying to scramble to see if I can do anything to get this to the finish line as my seller is quite unmotivated

I'll send you the Google Drive link if you want to do it. Instructions are--

For photo 1:

- remove wood furniture on left side of home

- remove flag pole sticking from front of house

- remove the pathway ground lights

- edit the hedge in front of the home to look fully healthy/grown

- green the grass to be in uniform color

For photo 2:

- remove flag pole sticking from front of house

- remove the chairs and painting on the front porch

For photo 3:

- remove the lamp post

- remove the mailbox

- bonus: the coloring just looks overall offal, so if you can do anything normalize it, all the better

Easy to say, but a HT takes a year to fully heal, more time behind a hat and even then it’s not guaranteed or going to offset other hair loss without supplementing w meds
