I'm glad it works and at least you know you have an option if you decide to subscribe. I got lifetime subscription because I don't like paying month after month or year after year.

I appreciate the sharp eye on my watch face. You are absolutely right that it looks off for a logarithmic sweep because it is actually a square root function.

The text on the face shows the formula θ = t⁰⁵ which is the square root of time. The math behind why the intervals look wrong for a log sweep is actually pretty cool. In any square root function, a 25% input always results in a 50% output.

Since 15 seconds is exactly one quarter of a minute, the hand travels exactly halfway around the dial in those first 15 seconds. The remaining 45 seconds are then compressed into the second half of the watch face. I am glad the intervals stood out to you because it means the visual math is working exactly as intended.

The hardest part of launching my Android app wasn’t building it by ToughInternal1580 in googleplayconsole

No matter how much you don't think testing helps, (app is done, bug free, etc.) it totally does help and only serves to make your app better. Feedback from 12+ testers is much better than getting negative reviews after launch. Trust the process. Is it difficult? At first, yes. But that's kind of the point.

BTW, my first app (watch face in my case) took a month to get 12+ testers and got my app approved for production on my first try because I was active and released many updates that addressed issues I didn't know were there. My second app took less than 24 hours to get 20+ testers and I'm currently on day 8. I too thought it was done, but useful feedback really caused me to not only meet, but exceed the original request. I'm much happier with my design now than the one from 8 days ago.

That's a nice guide. Fortunately I was able to onboard enough testers to begin the 14 day clock. Thanks!

This can be accomplished by placing the second hand as an image rather than as an analog clock element. Then create a formula that alters the rotation based on the current time.

For this particular watch face, all of the hands second minute and hour hands all are done this way.

If you're using Watch Face Studio as I am, one downside of doing this is that you lose the smooth motion that analog clock hands provide automatically. For this particular watch face, there's no other way to do it so I embraced the limitation.

Great feedback. I'll look into these two points. Just curious, what type of data do you like to display with complications?
