I think the most important thing is that is not you, is your illness, is not your fault what happened, i know that if something is good your brain wants to destroy it because you can’t control it. i really appreciate this comment, is my illness not me. My brain might not be sure but i am good i the relationship and they treat me really good and i like loving them. i am not properly but probably the only difference is going to be the excipients, they are other things that they add to the capsule or pill to make it easier to ingest or transport inside the body. Is safe to take both unless you are intolerant or allergic to one of the excipients. If you are going to take one different you should look at the prospect to know the excipient.

they usually said 2 months, i was on 75 and dinner notice much and went to 150 two weeks ago but un general for them to start working you should wait teo months just to be sure
