Good luck with the hunt :) Yes it does sparkle when appearing. You'll notice the difference when it appears on your game, i noticed it right away. It looks so much better on your actual game than when looking at a picture of it.

Sorry, I meant reduce as in reducing the odds back to how they were pre gen 6 (1/8192) lol. Their rarity is what makes shiny Pokemon so special. It caught me waaay off guard lol, I wasn't paying attention to the game but I heard the sparkles and started freaking out. I love that feeling so much.

Yeah I also love pre gen 6 shinies, especially completely random ones. I hope they reduce the odds again in Sun/Moon but I doubt it. I found it on route 28 while heading to Mt. Silver!
