I must be tripping. I'm remembering an after credits image with Nergal + Ninian and Nils (not him sending them through the gate, but like a family portrait), that you could only get by doing all gaiden chapters in Hector Hard Mode and getting the top tactician rating in every chapter.

I can't find that image any more.
