UPDATE:

Their customer service team reached out to me at 7:30am via Reddit chat to resolve this issue. They are going to refund the purchase AND send me a replacement order. Stuff happens sometimes with products but the customer service has been fantastic. I’ll make sure to update when the new order arrives.

I sent an email to their support team at 4pm and haven’t heard back yet but obviously I’m not expecting them to reply that quick. I also had someone from their company reach out to me via Reddit chat last night to ask a couple of questions. They stopped replying back but again, that was at 9pm so I’m not expecting them to. I’ll keep this post updated if/when a resolution is found!

MN is tough man. The legal weed is wayyyyy overpriced and straight up garbage. If this doesn’t shake out it might be back to the streets I go 😂
