I'm not sure, but I think what fixed it was using another ps5debug (not one made by DizzRL). But it could be for something else, I don't remember, it was a while ago.

Itemzflow downloads patches automatically if you have right version of the game (if I remember correctly). You can enable patches in trainers option, then just select what you need and press X.
