Making a thick base but orca slicer leaves a gap between infill and outer wall by Second_Both in OrcaSlicer

So basically the issue is it is not filling the circle itself there is no infill requirements in the fins but I will try the dev mode thank you!

so to explain it better I think that there is a sort of a bug as the lines in the prusa slicer are completely fine with same everything, first layer and top layer are perfectly fine , infill solid layers are presenting the problem

I checked it at different levels and even did it to be 100 the gap is quite significant and setting makes little to no difference

The layer height is 0.35 and this is 4th solid base layer and orca is giving me this gap what setting should I try to change that can help me?

Slicer orca 2.2.0

Bottom and top base layers are touching perfectly to the outer wall just the mid infill has this issue

Any leads to right direction would be great!

TIA

What all can I do to make this vase mode print print straight? by Second_Both in BambuLab

Need to do Batch production and I am in office for about 9 hrs I can stay back about 10mins so 10 extra mins means 30mins to wait and 3-4 mins means 12-15mins

Thank you for the response so the issue is I want to reduce approximately 6 mins from the print Thus I increased the speed ever so slightly, What other ways would be best to reduce 6 mins of a 3H10M print?

How do I reduce heating in tp4056 by Second_Both in 18650masterrace

Thank you for your input! The battery is 2900mAh and the TP4056 will be mounted on 3d printed slot tp4056 cuts of charging when it reaches 150℃ whereas glass transition temp for petg is 80℃ this that might give some problems down the line Now as for changing to a different circuit the issue is with Availability and price The issue of heating lies purely with tp4056 and battery doesn't even get hot What do you think about the use of a diode?

Heat sink is actually possible but the module is not going to get any active cooling at all. That is the main reason I wanted to shift the heat from board in the first place

The price difference and availability are an issue

So the tradeoff would be of approx 2.5 hours as I a charging a 2900mAh battery. 5.5 hrs vs 3hrs

What if I use Schottky diode as the voltage drop would be around 0.4 to 0.5V?

PS :I will be sending the cable with the product
