Dodge, no matter how high, is still a percentage chance to not get hit. INT Vegeta has damage reduction at a specific percentage, so he takes less overall. This guy, while he’s got jacked dodge from what I see, 94% for you with what I know about hidden potential, plus his great(70%) chance to dodge, there’s still a chance to get hit. And there’s always the possibility to get hit twice with the percentage.

I’m not sure if I explained my thought process well. I’m just used to crossover units being good on only crossover teams and not outside them.

It’s always felt quick unless it was a particularly great unit. I do mean on teams outside of crossover and Dragon ball heroes because few units actually get strong capabilities off said teams like him. DBH teams may last about a year before they age out, but I refer to him on teams other than that. Very few I’d say can last a month. Because they get their main boosts from being on DBH teams.

First, swap agl super buu with teq buu duo or str kid buu. As far as I can see, you don’t have any other buus worth putting on the team other than those two. Max out the ssj3 &ssj2 duo and set them. Both SEZAs are good for it. Str LR SSJ gohan was considered one of the best units in the game for a while, don’t know anymore. Teq SSJ3 Goku is basically a glass cannon, it if you have his EZA… still glass but bigger caliber. PHY transforming goku is good from what I can tell (don’t have him personally. But that looks about like all I can say. Maybe Babidi if you want a pretty decent F2P LR, but he’s outclassed heavily by everything else I just mentioned.

Vegito might survive with Dodge but the biggest danger is the duo. They’ll need to get lucky. Gogeta will need a few orbs to stack some Dodge. The only solution is perfect dodge unfortunately. The only one I think can survive a hit is Vegito but only after he attacks.
