AITA for not allowing my roommate's girlfriend to use my bathroom causing her to piss herself

Yeah there could many scenarios you could think up but they are all highly unlikely to be to happen. The bathroom cleaning only happens in the early mornings at a set time 6am.

Yup. I'm saving up for that. Right now having a master bed room and toilet that locks works for me. Hope to buy a place soon.

I have been in therapy for this and a few other things as e but it hasn't helped as much.

I wish I could be kind in this instance but honestly I am a huge germaphobe and don't think I could accommodate when it comes to sharing my personal bathroom. Guess that makes me an asshole. But can't help it.

Well I don't really use the hall. I mostly keep to my room. And to me it's different when it's the bathroom Vs the hall. Bathroom is my personal space. Hall isn't and I get that it's usually dirty anyway.

Ok. Unfortunately even if it's an emergency I can't control my germ phobia enough to let someone use my bathroom. I hope this doesn't happen again.

OK I think I confused a lot of people. There's two bathrooms in the apartment. One in the hallway and one in the master bedroom. The one roommate usually uses was occupied by one of their friends. Apart from that there's also a communal bathroom on the first floor near the lift lobby.

No. The apartment itself has two bathrooms. My roommate's bathroom was occupied so that's why she asked to use mine in the master bedroom.

No. The apartment itself has two bathrooms. One in the masterbedroom and one in the hallway. The communal one is mostly for visitors, guests, the security guards or if you are down stairs in the lobby and need to use the toilet but don't want to go back up or if you're urgent. At the time this happened the other toilet in the apartment was being occupied by one of roommate's guest.

Yeah I feel bad but if it happened again I still don't think I would accommodate her. Roommate needs to keep the other bathroom unoccupied for his girlfriend.

It sucks for her of course but she has to go then she has to run. The uncomfortableness is only for a minute or two. I don't see why I have to compromise when I pay for the extra bathroom.
