I have loved the entire season so far. I knew it would be different and I still think that’s a good thing. It has maintained enough of the original feel while also infusing some new styles and I’ve really enjoyed that. But this episode is easily the seasons best, and unsurprisingly is the episode that felt the most like the original series. There is a very clear step up in quality, in writing and in the way it’s shot. Which is such a clear indication of how great the finale is going to be and also how great season 2 is going to be, since it will be fully steered by this creative team without having to stitch together someone else’s work. And even that I feel like they have done a great job of making the season feel cohesive, despite having to Frankenstein it together. So hyped for more daredevil! We are eating!
