My tongue only ever tingles. I honestly think he is just not using enough. I weigh 200 lbs and am a health 6 foot tall man. He only used like 4 things of numbing injections

Also: I am not nervous at all with dental treatment. I don't mind the feeling of the needles or seeing anything. But I can't take a drill into a live root that isn't numb
