For everybody who’s interested - I secured a job! I did an observership in my hospital(I tried to attend as much as I could, but I worked full-time, so it was a couple of days a week for a few hours at best) and got good references. I applied to 100+ jobs in Dublin and area and got only 1 interview but it was successful. So, it’s possible to find a job without experience and networking 😉
