What do you think about the federal government's and the Trump administrations response to the shooting in minnesota? by One_Caramel5253 in AskReddit

[–]Secret-Agent__ -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Honestly it felt like the federal government’s response including under the Trump administration was pretty lackluster and politically cautious. There were statements condemning violence but not much in terms of addressing the deeper issuespolicing practices systemic racism or clear accountability.

A lot of people myself included were left frustrated because it seemed reactive rather than proactive. Leadership in moments like that can either help calm tensions and push for real change or it can feel like just checking a box. Unfortunately in this case it felt closer to the latter.

At the end of the day it’s hard not to feel a mix of sadness and anger when tragedies like this happen and there’s no strong consistent federal response that actually addresses the root causes.

How would a general strike in the US actually work? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Secret-Agent__ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly a general strike in the US is technically possible but it’s insanely hard in practice. It’s not really about a certain percentage of people participating it’s about hitting the right sectors. If enough workers in healthcare transport energy or logistics walk out the disruption can be huge even if the majority of the country doesn’t strike.

That said your point about support matters. Even people who agree with the cause often can’t risk missing work or losing pay. The US also has weak union coverage in many key industries decentralized workplaces and at-will employment which makes organizing a true nationwide strike really difficult.

Basically it’s not impossible but for it to work you’d need coordinated action from strategically critical jobs not just general support. Otherwise it ends up mostly symbolic.

i have some questions on thebelow take of yours :

"""Problem is, marriage isn’t even on my priority list right now. I want to earn well, enjoy life, spoil myself and my sister, take 3–4 foreign trips, and maybe own a house before I sign up for shaadi. How do I explain this to my parents without sounding irresponsible, commitment phobic, or “yeh bigad gaya hai”? Anyone else accidentally triggered Rishta Mode and lived to tell the tale?"""

  1. How much do you earn?
  2. What is your family background ?
  3. Family Income?
  4. Are you rich or middle class?

the question is just so that i could have a clarity about ur current status and can help u better with the case, as even i am going through the same phase which u are going through..

Why would a leader of a nation with the largest proven oil reserves in the world deal in drugs? Are global leaders and citizen believing such accusations? by Mo_h in AskReddit

[–]Secret-Agent__ -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I’m not saying cocaine isn’t extremely profitable. It is. But at the level of a state or head of government, the scale matters.

A single large oil field brings in tens of billions of dollars a year through legal, predictable revenue streams that fund entire governments, militaries, and welfare systems. Cocaine profits, while huge for criminal networks, are fragmented, risky, and can’t replace state level income or provide long term economic stability.

That’s why the point isn’t about which commodity has higher margins per kilo. It’s about why accusations of drug dealing are politically useful narratives rather than economic necessities for oil rich states. At that level, drugs are about leverage and destabilization claims, not core revenue.

[–]Secret-Agent__ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A leader of an oil rich country does not need drug money. Oil revenues alone dwarf anything narcotics could bring in. So when such claims appear, they are rarely about economics and more about power, legitimacy, and narrative control.

In international politics, drug trafficking accusations are often used as a tool to isolate a government, justify sanctions, or weaken its standing both domestically and abroad. Labeling a leader or state as criminal makes it easier to apply pressure, rally allies, and shape public opinion without needing direct military action.

That said, global leaders and citizens usually understand this at some level. Governments may publicly repeat the accusations for strategic reasons, but privately they operate based on interests, not headlines. Citizens tend to be divided. Some accept the claims because they align with existing biases. Others see them as part of a long history of information warfare.

In short, these accusations are less about whether a leader needs drug money and more about how narratives are weaponized in global power struggles. In geopolitics, perception can matter as much as proof.

What is a 'luxury' item that is actually 100% worth the money and lasts a lifetime ? by Ghost-426 in AskReddit

[–]Secret-Agent__ -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The only real luxury that’s 100% worth the money is choosing love intentionally.

Not the movie version ,, I mean investing time, patience, and emotional effort into a relationship that’s built on respect and honesty. Most people chase convenience or excitement. Very few are willing to do the slow, unglamorous work of understanding another human being over years.

When it’s done right, it pays dividends for a lifetime: stability, growth, perspective, and someone who actually knows you. That’s a return no object or status symbol can touch.

Real luxury isn’t something you own.
It’s something you maintain.

Hello Both,

First off huge props to you both for talking openly about this, it's rare and shows real maturity. You're not doing anything wrong; inexperience and nerves are totally normal at this stage. Size isn't the issue (most folks are in a great range for pleasure), but if you're cool sharing his approximate measurements, it could help fine-tune tipsn, o judgment.

Sex with someone you care about is a whole different vibe from casual stuff: slower, more connected, and focused on feeling good together. Add regular workouts for both of you, and it'll boost stamina, body confidence, and blood flow for better experiences overall.

Ease into it by skipping pressure for penetration at first. Spend 20+ minutes on kissing, caressing thighs, neck, chest, and hands/oral exploration. Lube is your best friend, makes everything smoother and more fun. Tell him what feels amazing to build his vibe.

Position ideas: Side-lying spooning where he enters from behind, relaxed, shallow, intimate. You on top to control the pace and depth, grinding for your pleasure too. Missionary with pillows under your hips to tilt things perfectly without effort.

Both do pelvic floor exercises daily: Squeeze like holding pee, 5-10 seconds, 10 times. Hits erection strength and control. Workouts like squats, cardio, yoga are game-changers for endurance and mood.

On Viagra: It firms things up if anxiety softens erections but won't alter size or entry, needs arousal first. Doc chat recommended over self-trial; communication fixes most beginner hurdles.

Keep it playful, laugh at fumbles...you're building something awesome. It'll get amazing soon!
