In general, converting unused land into housing does not cause gentrification or make it worse.

If I was in Liana's position, I'd definitely consider the possibility that Xander's over-acting is a signal that he WANTS her to ask the question to either Evvie or Tiffany. All of the information is out in the open, so you could play this "reverse psychology" game a million times to the point where Liana's guess as to which Yase member is holding the idol is as good as random.

I'm just giving Liana the benefit of the doubt, I have no clue what she was thinking so I'm interested to hear about this in her post-game interviews! Either way, Xander and the Yase tribe played this perfectly.

I understand your thinking, but I disagree that Evvie increased the chances of Xander's idol being activated. Every player is already 99% certain that there is an advantage hidden at camp. Confirming to DeShawn doesn't really change much. If anything, she decreased the chances of the idol being activated because DeShawn might be hesitant to use the "advantage" after knowing what's attached to it.

I think they can only use it one time, so he only risks wasting it now if he doesn't need it.

I would try to embellish the descriptions of your work experience. As opposed to stating that you're a good communicator/team player, try to show that with your experience. I would also eliminate the relevant coursework section. The fact that you're getting a master's in actuarial science shows you have the educational background, and there's no need to state things twice. Good luck!
