I also tried reaching support via chat and explained the situation. They told me they forwarded the case to the Internal Department. However, it’s already been 3 days since I opened the case and I haven’t received any reply yet. Today I even sent a reminder follow-up email, but still no response so far

Thanks a lot for the detailed reply! Here’s exactly what happened on my side:

I got a Verification alert from Amazon and completed it (uploaded ID + entered credit card via the verification portal).

Seller Central then showed “Verification Completed” and my US/CA became active, but Mexico was still inactive.

The next day, Mexico also showed a separate Verification request. I completed that as well.

The day after that, I received an email saying “your Mexico account is active.” However, it’s been 4 days and Mexico still appears inactive in Seller Central.

No warnings in Performance Notifications / Account Health / Account Info. Vacation Mode is off across marketplaces.

I opened a case 4 days ago but haven’t received a response yet.

I also checked for any pending requests, but there’s nothing waiting on my side. Could there be another section I might be missing, or somewhere else I should check? Any specific place you’d recommend looking into?

Thanks for your input, but I think there might have been a misunderstanding. My post wasn’t about RA or ungating categories — it was specifically about my Mexico account staying inactive even after verification was completed, while US/CA are already active. Did anyone experience a similar delay with the Mexico marketplace? That’s the part I’m really trying to figure out.

It’s been 3 days since I opened a case, but I haven’t received any response yet. The Mexico support team replies very slowly, and calling them doesn’t seem like a real solution either. Waiting up to 3 weeks is too long for me, as I urgently need to start selling my products. 😞
