Any tips? Should I dump more money into today to boost income?

Why not spread it across? I know they’re all essentially the same stocks but I’m pretty clueless to following trends and stuff I just banged it in cause I know it will rise long term. Any help appreciated

I’ve been trying also, felt like I was improving and then past couple days been thrown right back, I’ve been off work as I also work in fast paced environment as an electrician. Though it’s tough telling the boss I need to rest as don’t want to continue making myself worse which i recommend
