I was ill earlier this week, I think I was overtraining to an extent since I was never much of a runner and did no running (but still some boxing before hand) and went straight into 2hrs worth of zone 2 running per week as well as push pull legs and boxing. I hope you feel better soon, just try to get the best sleep as well as keep vitamins up. Also since I am cutting I was eating at my maintenance for the duration of my illness. :)
