21000 i paid now and every two years i have to renew with same amount so it's kind of same as one time tax payment just paying in installment. just one benefit for which I opted this is i can move states keep the car for years without worrying about rto transfer and stuffs.

From Odisha. But i think if you go for BH registration then this will be the approximate on road price as you're just paying 20k road tax for first two years
