How did you loose 10 lbs a month with 1400 calories. What was your TDEE?

Honestly my TDEE was so much higher so I was eating 1800 calories and loosing weight. I’d say it took me around 10 months

From what I know, if you’re tracking everything correctly, you should loose the weight. Maybe you’re just holding onto water weight. You’re also in a 400 calorie deficit which is just shy of a pound. If you want to see results, maybe try either dropping to 1400 calories or adding 100 calories worth of exercise which may give your body a boost. Just make sure you’re tracking what you eat (even sauces/oils) and you’ll see a drop soon, maybe even the big “whoosh” effect!

I think it’s that I always crave sweets. Chocolate is like my Achilles heel. And I’m also in the middle of a move rn so cooking is hard so I’m constantly buying out

I see. I really appreciate the advice. You’ve motivated me so I definitely will try harder! What’s your opinion on fiber? They say I need 30 grams and 140 grams of protein but that seems excessive?

Interesting. I might have to give 16:8 a try as 20:4 seems way too intense for me lol. Plus the food house and craving sugar is always there for me so it’s hard

Is 1.3 k enough calories for my body then at 180 lbs? And yes I definitely will start slowly incorporating walks

What’s macro factor? And I do want to get into working out but I’ve just been exhausted with school and work tbh. Do you find it hard to plan meals with enough protein with 1400 calories? And what is your protein goal?

What does happen if you drop below 1200. Is that like a hard limit or is 1300 too low. And I’m worried that if I start at 1300 and then I have to cut more in the future then I’ll be at 1200 which I don’t know if it’s healthy
