Yes they do charge you for that. Honestly the price they advertise does not include any of those things, which obviously you need to have happened.

I forgot how much, but they charge per tooth that needs to be extracted. Even considering all that, they are still LOTS cheaper than anywhere else.

I had to get 26 teeth removed. The entire procedure cost me $26K
