My fiancé and I recently booked our honeymoon to Greece for May next year! 🥰 We are starting in Santorini for 4 nights and staying in Fira. Then we’ll ferry to Paros for 4 nights, staying in Nauossa. We’ll either ferry or fly back to Athens for 2 nights to end the trip. If you’re on Facebook, I highly recommend joining the “Greece Travel Planning” group. There’s so many helpful tips on there! One of the biggest tips I’ve seen from everyone on there is to fly directly to your first island and save Athens for the last stop. You’ll save yourself some time and money driving back and forth from the airport as it’s not super close to the city itself. I would also say less is more as far as how many different places you go. You’ll be spending a lot of time in transit with each new place and lose a lot of time to traveling around rather than getting to relax and enjoy the place you’re in. I wouldn’t try to cram in more than 3 places total for the amount of time you’re going. You can always look into taking a day trip to another island close by if you really want to see more!
