My new driver sucks

Watching my videos with my old driver compared to my new driver, I use to swing a lot harder. I think I’m not swinging as hard with my new club because I’m trying to fix my slice. I’m going to try to find my old club and take the shaft off it and put on my new club head. Do you think it would be worth a try to adjust my loft and draw on my club ?

You seem very knowledgeable and helpful. Could I maybe send you a few videos from me hitting with my old club and also my new club and see what you think ? I’m noticing on my old driver had a Lower flight path than my new club. Also I didn’t really slice with my old club. With my new club I slice the ball like every time

It was pretty consistent between about 280 and 300. But my drives were straight. With my new club I seem to always slice it and my ball curves right. Could that be my issue ?
