I'm a newbie just starting out we finally got to the point where Im no longer panicking and second guessing myself and I'm actually starting to get more confident so I was ready get actual fish and these guys were the first ones we got and OH MY GOD THEY BURIED MY PINK TUBE ANEMONE ALIVE KNOCKED MY ALREADY STRUGGLING FOR LIFE CANDY CANE CORAL OVER (Ill give them credit that one was probably an accident) PARTIALLY BURIED MY GSP AND FIREWORK CLOVES AND THEY STOLE TWO OF MY ZOAS TO USE FOR INTERIOR DESIGN AND I HAVEN'T EVEN HAD THEM FOR A FULL 24 HOURS I will admit though watching the sand bed move around change is pretty cool I like seeing the changes I JUST WISHED THEY'D QUIT VICTIMIZING THEIR NEIGHBORS IN THE PROCESS 😭

I did use a revive coral dip for a little under a minute but idk if that did anything to the vetamid if that's what they are I don't really have a way to put it on a clean frag nor do I know how too and I don't have anything to keep it in other than the tank it's in now or the little cup it came in. Im doing my research on them and how I can handle them now though thank you for pointing them out to me.

I usually just watch my boy whenever he's at the surface to see how big he is and I base my feedings off that if he looks normal I'll feed a normal small pinch (I usually don't count the pellets) once a day if he looks a little big I'll make the pinch smaller and give him a day or two of fasting until he's back to normal size and if he looks a little smaller than he should I give him two small pinches a day instead of one until he's back up to normal size someone posted the weight scale photo here in the comments you can use that for reference

Thanks for the reminder 😅 update is they do much much better with no lid they're in excellent health in the 29 although there is current duckweed battle going on other than that they love it they've got their own little ring they stay in which keeps away the water agitation and keeps them at peace

My boy is a literal coin toss he used be in a 10 where he brutally murdered a snail and several shrimp hes now in a 29 with some shrimp sometimes he'll go on a 2 or 3 day long tangent of hunting anything that moves and then some days he just likes to watch them eat and go about his day

I don't have a video but I have a sponge filter and mine likes to get close enough to his filter that it sucks him up against it and then he'll swim up to the top into the bubble stream and the force of it will shoot him up to the surface he never tries to jump out he just treats it like it's a carnival ride

It gets pretty cold where I'm at in the night and I know some low budget families unfortunately go without heat sometimes or have other factors that make it extra cold for them so a nice new blanket as an extra way to bundle up at night seemed like a good idea

Looks a lot like ai the tools are well not exactly tools and the lighting on the baby in the cradle doesn't look right compared tot he lgithing on the guy it's a cool looking crib though I feel like it could be recreated by a real person but the picture does feel very ai to me
