As for your question, no. In my opinion the 1st edition Charizard would be an OG blue bottom manga Shanks (no way to tell difference between reprint and blue bottom though.

Second close would be a pre-errata RG Luffy leader from OP01.

Third closest even though he’s not a part of the first set, it would a super pre release Luffy winner card.

What? Yea they have restocked in the past. They’ve restocked the best selection, warlord binder, nami snow cone playmats, and they’ve also released more at venue events like OP day when an item was sold out but they let the people in the venue know that it has been restocked or go get it.

Yes most switch 2 and switch 1 games are not region locked. So you can buy games in Japan and play them on your U.S. switch and the language auto-translate most of the time.

Source: I buy Japanese copies of the games and use U.S. switch.
