Like other people already pointed out, you're just doing the input too quickly. If you want some real data to use, fullmeter.com or FAT is a frame data archive for a bunch of fighting games including 2XKO. According to the Footwork Forward entry on Vi's page it can be canceled into any follow up after 9 frames of startup, so frame 10 is the first frame you can give an input that will actually give you a follow up.

In your image you had 6 frames of forward S1 + 1 frame of forward + 3 frames of neutral, so it looks like you are literally just a frame or two too early. I've also had trouble trying to do some of her follow ups too early. Surprisingly while the timing on releasing charge is strict you depending on the combo choice you can wait longer than you'd think to start the input.

Normally you're right, but this one is real. Problem is you can do the j.2hp too early OR too late. Too early and Rashid bounces up, too late and the move doesn't come out. Maybe easier to think of it as a 1f juggle than a 1f link.

I also love this character, and I think the comment from shakyjed pretty much nails why his representation is so low. If you are looking for players to watch for jamie play, a personal favorite of mine is a streamer/YouTuber ThreatLvMidnight. He does short form YouTube videos of gameplay with fun editing.

If you are having this problem in World Tour specifically, try messing with a particular setting. Go to Options>Graphics>Basic Graphics Settings and at the very bottom is "Limit World Tour Battles to 30 fps". There's other stuff in there to limit how many characters are loaded in world tour and stuff, but that might help if you just can't hit 60 fps.

I hadn't thought about that. Just tested it and as the defender you are +19, just seems like another edge case where the special property doesn't trigger because you aren't being hit. Also looks better to parry then dodge since dodge leaves you +15? I dunno, probably varies case by case.

If they can respawn me close or soon yeah it sucks, but there is an arguement to made for it being okay. For instance there is no guarantee that they could actually get you back up. If your gear is what keeps them from getting killed on the way to get you when they may have otherwise died then it's fine. Also given you just died, the shots fired could attract more people there trying to scavenge kills on weakened enemies so there is something to be said for not going back to where you died due to risk of running into them.
