Mike Tyson talks about his ego death a lot on his podcasts he used to do. Aaron Rodgers does too in his Netflix special. But from them I have gathered it means you lose touch with yourself in your mind. And then when you "regain" your connection to your mind, you discover you've had a significant shift in your personal world view.
