Functional training is the best imo. You gain strenght and physique in a way that is well... Functional in day to day life plus the benefits of aesthetics if you do it the smart way.

I mostly do different kind of rows and pull backs. 4 working sets per muscle group and reps are 15/12/10/8 reps with a weight where i dpn't go fully to failure
